This sump plug adapter is essential if you are planning to fit an oil temperature gauge to your MINI. It is M14 x 1.5 so is a direct replacement for the standard MINI part and features a 1/8NPT thread which suits most sender units. It comes with a washer with a rubber seal that will prevent any oil leaks when fitted.
When fitting the adapter you will need to fit a sender unit or blanking screw in order to keep a seal and avoid oil leaks. Please note that the adapter is supplied on its own without a sender, blanking screw or any other related oil temperature gauge parts.
